Baltimore Sea Safari provides water taxi service to the nearby islands. While there are ferries running to some of these islands, we can aid people who may need a ferry outside of the scheduled timetables, or for those who wish to get to islands that do not have a ferry service running to them. This service is available during daylight hours only and subject to boat availability.
Bird Watching
Cape Clear Island is a favourite for bird watchers with many rare birds sighted there. An important aspect for a bird watcher is the ability to get to a sighting as quickly as possible. Rare bird sightings don’t always adhere to the ferry timetables, however Baltimore Sea Safari, operating its water taxi service from dawn to dusk, can get you to the location with minimum waiting time.
Crew Delivery Service
We operate a delivery service for crews staying in Baltimore who are taking part in Calves Week. We will deliver crews to Schull in the morning in time for the race and collect them again in the evening.

We operate our boat trips from the Ferry Pier in Baltimore. However, trips can be arranged from other ports in West Cork on request.
